Information about my customers is important to JKC, I share your information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances as follows:
Compliance with laws – I may collect, use, share or retain your information if I believe that it is reasonably necessary to a) respond to legal process or to governments requests b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues or d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others

Storage
Customer data will be stored on paper for HMRC purposes in relation to JKC and also to resolve disputes
Retention Periods
Data will be stored for 6 years from first contact to comply with record keeping regulations
Archiving
Data will be securely and safely destroyed after 6 years
Responsibility
Any rights of access request will be handled by JKC owner, therefore must be sent in writing to Jackie Robinson with the recommended 28 days either by email at jaxkc@talktalk.net or in writing to 36 Ludlow Avenue Crewe CW1 6DY
Provision for verifying identity
Where JKC does not know the individual personally we will ensure provision for checking their identity before handing over any information
Charging
JKC will provide any requested information free of charge. However we will charge a ‘reasonable fee’ when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive.
Procedure for granting access
If the request is made electronically, JKC will provide the information in an electronic format.
